Join a guided late summer walk from Vickleby village to the alvar. Discover plants, colors, scents, and stories of Öland’s geology and cultural landscape.

On August 9 at 2:00 PM, we start from Bo Pensionat in Vickleby and walk through the village street and onto the open alvar. Along the way, we enjoy late summer's blooming plants and vibrant landscape.

Your guide will talk about the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland, the human imprint on the land, and the geology that makes the island unique. This is a walk that combines nature, culture, and quiet reflection.

The walk costs 240 SEK per person. Children under 18 join free. Cancelled if fewer than 5 are registered.
