Dogsled self‑drive experience in Dragnäs

Welcome to Dragnäs, where you’ll meet our dedicated rescue sled dogs and learn what it takes to prepare them for the trail. You’ll receive an introduction to sled driving and the dog team, then share a sled with your guide (or with each other) as you take the reins for part of the journey. The trail winds through scenic forests and open fields, letting you feel the rhythm of the dogs and the sound of the sled as you glide along.

After about one and a half hours on the trail we return to the kennel area, where we'll take care of the dogs together. There’s time for photographs, cuddles and any questions you may have about the dogs or sledding. You’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for the dog team, their care and the environment in which they work.

The tour requires participants to be 16 years or older, and accommodates a maximum of 5 adults. The starting time on given dates is 12:00. The price is 1 450 SEK per adult.
Please wear suitable outdoor clothing for winter conditions, including warm layers, gloves and waterproof outerwear. The experience is offered in Dragnäs (Sweden) and availability may be limited, so early booking is recommended.
