The cottage features two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, and an open-plan living room and kitchen. The partially covered terrace is furnished with outdoor seating, including a dining table, chairs, and sun loungers. Just a few minutes' walk away, a staircase leads down to the clear waters of Lake Laxsjön. With nearby hiking trails, canoeing, and various activities, this is the perfect spot for relaxation and adventure all year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a Tassimo coffee machine (guests should bring their own capsules). The large terrace, partially covered, is furnished with a table, four chairs, two sun loungers, and a grill (available from May to mid-October).

For those who love swimming, a staircase leads down to the lake just a few minutes from the house, where the sandy bottom and clear water provide excellent bathing conditions. A public beach, Kampudden, is just a five-minute drive away.

Dalsland, known for its 1,100 lakes and waterways, is perfect for fishing, canoeing, and hiking. The area is rich in berries and mushrooms, and lucky visitors may even spot moose or deer in their natural habitat or at a nearby wildlife park. During summer, guests can take a short walk to Långbron’s lock, enjoy delicious ice cream at the kiosk, and perhaps embark on a boat trip along the Dalsland Canal. Winter visitors have easy access to Åmål Ski Center, which features multiple slopes and a snow park.

Heating and internet are included in the rental price. Guests should bring their own bed linens and towels. The cottage is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday, and guests are responsible for cleaning before departure.
